These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website plact.work and the services provided by Halfcute Internet Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand name Plact. By accessing or using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Plact provides done-for-you software development services including but not limited to landing pages, web applications, SaaS platforms, and mobile applications ("Services"). The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined through our discovery process and confirmed before work begins.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By engaging us, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Project Engagement

Engagement begins upon payment confirmation or execution of a project agreement. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery. Delays caused by failure to provide required information may affect delivery timelines without constituting a breach by us.

4. Payments

All fees are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of engagement. Payment is due as specified in your project agreement. We accept payments via Stripe and other methods as indicated. All transactions are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project are assigned to you. We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed independently of your project.

We may reference your project name and general description in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all project-specific information you share as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the Services or as required by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that Services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that deliverables will be error-free or uninterrupted. Third-party services, hosting platforms, APIs, and infrastructure are subject to their own terms and availability, for which we bear no liability.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, you are liable for fees corresponding to work completed up to the termination date. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith discussion before pursuing legal remedies.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
