Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Nature of Services — No Physical Shipping

Halfcute Internet Private Limited, operating as Plact, provides exclusively digital services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All deliverables — including software, source code, design assets, and documentation — are delivered electronically via digital transfer, shared repositories, or direct download links.

There is no physical shipment associated with any Plact engagement, and accordingly no shipping charges, logistics, or courier services are involved.

2. Digital Delivery

Upon completion of a project or milestone, deliverables are made available to you through one or more of the following methods:

• Transfer of code via GitHub repository access
• Shared download links via secure file transfer
• Direct deployment to your hosting infrastructure
• Email delivery of assets and documentation

Delivery timelines are agreed upon as part of your project scope and are communicated through your Plact project portal at plact.work/dashboard.

3. Exchange and Revision Policy

As our services are digital and custom-built, traditional exchange or return of goods does not apply. However, we are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed scope.

If a deliverable does not meet the specifications agreed upon before work began, you may request a revision within 7 days of delivery. We will review the request and address any discrepancy between the delivered work and the approved scope at no additional cost.

Requests for changes beyond the original agreed scope are subject to additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon before any additional work begins.

4. No Exchange for Change of Mind

Because services are custom-developed and resources are committed at the time of engagement, we are unable to offer exchanges or credits for a change of requirements after work has commenced. Any changes to scope after approval are treated as new or amended work.
