Why most agencies take 8–16 weeks

Traditional web development is slow because it's sequential and most of the work is repetitive — boilerplate code, standard integrations, template configuration. Plact compresses this by running AI in parallel with human decision-making.

Day 1: Discovery (you do 1 hour of work)

You describe your product using our voice-first discovery flow. The AI generates a Product Requirements Document (PRD). You review and approve. This replaces 2–4 weeks of traditional briefing.

Day 2–3: Design and architecture

Based on your PRD, we select the right architecture and apply your brand. A design mockup is shared on day 3. You have 4 hours to review and provide feedback.

Day 3–5: Build
